Children should bring their own snack and water bottle. Snack time will be held outside.
Drop-off Procedures:
I will meet you in the driveway or garage if it is raining. Please do not drop off your child if I am not outside to meet them.
Pick-up Procedures:
Please meet your child in the driveway.
I will bring your child to you.
If someone other than the drop off person is picking up, please let me know ahead of time.
The Creative Space accepts payments in the form of cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required by the date advertised to reserve a spot in a workshop or camp.
The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the beginning of the event. In the event that payment is not received two weeks prior to the start of the event, every effort will be made to contact the customer before filling the spot.
In the event that a customer needs to cancel, a 48-hour notice is required in order to receive a credit for the balance minus the $50 non-refundable deposit. This credit may be applied to any future event.
For smaller parties, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of one ticket cost is required to hold the agreed upon date for the event. The remaining balance must be paid one week prior to the event.
For larger events (12+ guests), the amount of the deposit is dependent on the estimated number of guests and the specific type of design chosen. Once specifics are agreed upon, this non-refundable deposit is required to move forward with the planning. The remaining balance must be paid one week prior to the event.
The typical price for in-person children's parties is $25 per child. Children must be 6+ years old.
The typical price for in-person adult parties is $35-$45 per adult.
These stated prices vary and can be more depending on the painting/project chosen for the event.
There is a $300 minimum for an adult private party and a $200 minimum for a children's party.
The Creative Space provides all supplies needed for the painting, step-by-step instruction, plus set up and clean up of painting paraphernalia.
The host provides all other party supplies - food, paper goods, favors, etc.
In the case of a child's party, at least one responsible adult needs to present for the duration of the party. The Creative Space is not responsible for child care.

Virtual party prices varying depending on painting/project, if the customer provides the supplies, or if The Creative Space provides the supplies. Public events at restaurants or other venues require pre-registration for the event via PayPal or Venmo.
The purchase instructions will be provided in the advertising for the event on Facebook or at the venue where the event is being held.
